The 2026 Water Rates have been changed with the First Quarter 2026 per Ordinance 01-2026

Base Rate:

0-4000 gallons $95.25

5000-10000 gallons $95.25

over 10,000 gallons $95.25

Base Rates are for your connection to the water system, monitoring, treating and maintenance of the water system.

Plus usage:

All tiers pay $8.90 ​per 1,000 gallons used 

Usage Rate is the amount of water that you used during a billing period.
