The Regional Code Enforcement offices provide for the administration and enforcement of the State Uniform Construction Code for Hampton Boro, having requested the Dept. of Community Affairs (DCA) to do so.

Services provided include receiving and providing guidance on Construction Permit applications, review of construction plans, issuance of Construction Permits, performing required inspections, and issuing Certificates and Orders, were necessary. 

Smoke Detector Certification is required.
